The REAL reason WHY I became a Certified Self Love & Confidence Coach

There are so many reasons why I became a Certified Self Love & Confidence Coach.

I have always enjoyed helping people, but one day I decided to take my spiritual practice more seriously, so I vowed to pray for one specific person a week and hope for them to have a breakthrough. I heard the voice of God whisper to me saying "Pray for yourself".

It kind of hit me hard because I thought I was doing a good thing. As the days went on, my life started getting harder. It was then that I realized that for the majority of my life, I have always put the needs of others before my own.

That's not what God wanted for me or you for that matter. He began coaching me in another direction.

See, the thing is this, how can we effectively show up for the ones we love without taking care of ourselves first? I know you've probably heard "Self-care isn't selfish", it's not a cliche, it's true.

When you put yourself FIRST, you teach others how to treat you. How you treat yourself sets the tone for every other relationship in your life. What message are you sending others by neglecting your wants and needs?

During this process of putting yourself first, some people will not like it because they have benefited greatly from your lack of boundaries.

I had to be open and allow God to Coach me into learning to be more present with myself and what I need. Now that I have mastered it, I am helping others through it. By working on loving ourselves first, our confidence is boosted!

My coaching business is purpose-driven and I aim to use my gifts and talents to help others live their very best life. Others feel comfortable speaking with me about their life experiences and vulnerable points. I don't take this for granted, I am grateful to provide a safe, confidential space for individuals to talk and reflect.
